This Privacy Policy applies to the White Dashboard mobile application and related services operated by Emilia Sledzik (the “Service Provider”).

Your device insights stay on your device.
White Dashboard helps you review device usage, pinned items, history, and personalization patterns without creating a remote profile. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

What the Application does not collect
White Dashboard does not collect personal information from normal app use. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a remote user account or cloud profile.
Usage history, pinned items, device categories, personalization choices, quick-control activity, and similar app records are not collected by the Service Provider.
Location

The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.
Sharing
Third-party access
Because White Dashboard does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, usage history, pinned items, personalization activity, device categories, or interaction history.
Retention period for personal data collected by White Dashboard: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal app use.

If app activity or preferences are stored locally on your device, you can remove them using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling White Dashboard.

Network communication
If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security approach
A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
